Effective Date
By accessing or using the services provided by RAMDIAR Real Estate Solutions (hereinafter “RAMDIAR”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services include, but are not limited to, real estate asset management, acquisition consulting, property renovation oversight, and investor relations management.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate termination of access to our proprietary management systems and investor portals.
All content featured on the RAMDIAR platform — including architectural renders, proprietary financial modeling software, property data analytics, brand logos, and strategic management frameworks — is the exclusive property of RAMDIAR Real Estate Solutions.
The unauthorized replication of our investment structures or management methodologies for competing commercial interests is strictly forbidden and subject to litigation.
“RAMDIAR” and the associated visual identity are registered trademarks. Their use requires explicit written consent from our corporate communications department.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RAMDIAR REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, RESULTING FROM:
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes related thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
